More sub tropical possibilities of development. This one is way out in the Atlantic by the Azores island. Nothing there will affect the U.S. If anything forms it’ll be short lived and head towards Europe.

2023 Hurricane Season's First Yellow Spot
It’s that time of year. First yellow crayon of the season. But this area has almost no chance of development and is not going to be a threat to anyone in the continental United States.
1. Southwestern Tropical Atlantic:
A surface trough interacting with an upper-level low is producing a
large area of disturbed weather extending a couple hundred miles
northeast of the Bahamas. Upper-level winds are expected to
increase later today and development of this system is not expected.
