The Gulf blob is now Invest 95L


The NHC has issued an Invest for the Gulf Low. It's now Invest 95L. This means we get spaghetti for it. It's going to set there only moving a little Westward for the next 48 hours. So, it's got a chance to get it's act together. Conditions are favorable for some development. I would think TS strength if that.
